Xkr Essex ripoff BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. Beverly Hills California

I was ripped off by this company with the amount off $249. It started when I wanted to open a small business, and needed a help to obtain the document I needed, and to file for me. This company came out by the search engin as the first one "XKR ESSEX INC - Legal Service" and the web site name was "businessnamusa.com".
After contacting, they promised to get every thing I needed, business license, seller permit, state tax id, fictitious business name for the amount of $249. They called it the" bundle". I paid using a credit card.

They promised a period between 3 days to 1 week I will get every thing. Three weeks passed, I got nothing, but letter from the city and the state, with deniels, telling me that the filling was wrong, and missing a lot. I contacted the company. But guess what, as soon as I told the operator my name she hanged up on me..

Then they wouldn't answer my phone. I faxed them a request of refund as their policy says but no one replied or contacted me. It has been 2 months so far.

I went down my self to do the applications. filed every thing, got them. right on the spot. I contact the company today. Through their"live help" explained to them. The answer was, "please send us the mistakes and we will correct them and file for you!!!!!" As if I was talking to a wall and she closed the live chatt box on me.

BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THEY RIP YOU OFF. AND THEY THINK THEY ARE PROTECTED BECAUSE THEY ARE A CORPORATION. I WILL TAKE THEM TO SMALL CLAIM COURT. BUT I DON'T WANT ANY BODY TO BE VICTIM TO THEM AGAIN. GO YOUR SELF AND GET WHAT YOU NEED OR SEEK ANOTHER MORE RESPECTED COMPANY.
