Xlibris Publishing almost $9,000 spent and Xlibirs messed up my manuscript

I wrote a book about a Traumatic event and trusted Xlibris with helping me tell my story. I was talked into getting the "100% royalties" package with is NOT 100% royalties, its nothing more than a higher royalty payment. my book was $15.99 and the royalty payment was around $8.90 IF someone bought my book from Xlibirs website which they didn't becuase no one has ever heard of them. They constantly try to upsell you different packages as well, my sales rep was Tony. I read the manuscript and trusted that their "professionals" did a good job on it. I did not notice the grammatical errors until I went to record an audio book a few months later.

I expressed my disappointment to Xlibris and they tried to charge me more money to fix it. Not only that but it would be only one revision and if there were more mistakes, I would have to pay again to fix them. I decided to un publish my bookand I'm assuming they sold my information because I get calls and emails every couple of months from other publishers trying to help me re publish my book. I am extremely disappointed.
