XLN Telecom - S.P Marketing - Christian Nellemann Employment Scam London, Nationwide

While the entire country is facing a recession, the boys at XLN telecom seem to be doing pretty well "employing" out of work Londoners, albeit for free. The various descriptions of an interview with Steven Pun in XLN's Vauxhall office are most definitely true, and I've witnessed them firsthand less than a month ago. He takes 30 people in a room, curses, shouts, and gloats about how much money he's earned. He will then interview everyone in the room in front of the other candidates. This "interview" consists of reality tv type questions including "can I trust you?" and "Do you have what it takes to succeed?" and "Could you work with me?". He will choose a few people to chew out, and inevitably 90% of the room will get an "offer". Unfortunately you will never get paid, as Mr Pun will sack you for not meeting your sales goals (note that you will never be told this is a sales position during the interview).

The CEO Mr. Nellemann has made numerous comments on this board attempting to alleviate the situation, without actually relieving Mr. Pun or putting an end to his practices. In response, I ask anyone who has been negatively affected to contact OFCOM and file a formal complaint as I have done. Myself together with 25 others have also arranged to stage a formal protest against XLN in front of their Vauxhall offices in the coming months and we have also secured the services of a lawyer, who assures us that this protest is legal so long as we do not trespass onto XLN property.
