I ordered a common maintenance drug from this pharmacy on May 20th. My account was debited and I received an email the next day saying the prescription had been shipped.

On June 10th, I contacted XLPharmacy to let them know I had not received my order. For the next week, I got conflicting emails saying it had been shipped on May 20th and it had reshipped by airmail - tracking number available soon, check back in 48 hours to see if it's been updated.

To date, nothing. If mine was a unique experience, I'd write it off to human error, but just a little bit of research shows that this is their modus operandi. I'm calling the bank monday and asking them to reverse the charge.

Let the buyer beware!
