I bought a car, but after weeks of not shipping car, seller told me it had mechanical problems, we agreed on refund. 3 months, i'm still waiting for it. On December 10, 2012 I purchased a 2007 BMW 335i from Xotic Motorsport. I spoke with Brian Bullock and David (no last name). Same day I provided them with $800 paypal deposit paid to Elleshia Habibian (info@xmsut.com). December 17, 2012 I express mailed the payment for the car.

On December 20, 2012 (my payment) Pentagon Federal Credit Union check of $19,099 was cleared. I was told by David the car would be shipped right after Christmas. After Christmas, I was told it would be shipped right after New Years. On January 6, 2013 I asked why the car is still not shipped and was told that the car had mechanical problems, and we agreed on a refund. On January 14, 2013 I received an $800 paypal refund for the original deposit. Today is March 13, 2013 and I'm still waiting to be refunded!

I was promised on many MANY occasions that the refund is being made, por in the process of being made - that I even lost track of number of times. Also, the number of different excuses that I heard from David (no last name) and the number of promises that he made. We were on the phone with PenFed a number of times where he supposedly needed to get the exact totals and the account information to either send them a check or a wire transfer.

(I'll include our almost daily correspondence on separate pages and online for people to see) All his promises amount to the fact that 3 months after purchasing a car, I'm without the car or the money! David - who I believe is Gerard Habibian is the person who I was communicating with. Brian Bullock, whose name was on contract papers and my original contact - claims no knowledge of me or my case, thus the 2007 335i BMW that he sold me.

These 2 clowns are nothing but a pair of con artists. They have done their scam on people not just with this business but getting many many people into their so called "leasing high end" cars.  They have a case in Utah right now for numerous charges, go to the Spectrum newspaper in St. George and you can see the two of them with smug faces in their mug shots when they were arrested. They released them on bail so who knows where they are now. I know all about this as I have friends that are also being brought up on charges. 19 so far and many many more will surface as this thing unfolds. Both their familys are involved also expect to never see your $ again but your case is nothing compared to what they have done to others lives in the process.

Now thats smart.  (Now, P. T. Barnum, if you're eavesdropping here, this fits your statement perfectly:  "A sucker is born every minute!")

You send your money off to somebody you don't know.  You buy a USED CAR which you've NEVER seen...NEVER taken for a test drive...NEVER checked for proper fit and finish...NEVER checked each and every accessory...NEVER heard the engine run...NEVER had your own mechanic check over...NEVER checked to see if there were liens...NEVER checked to see if this is a flood car!  I'm impressed, Bud.  Really, really impressed!
