xoxo telecom total ripoff Internet

I worked for this company which operates under niteflirt. They claim paydays are on Monday but that never happens. They are always late paying you and blame it on your bank with the direct deposit.   They set the models prices but in return pay the model .30 a min for the first 1000 mins talked and then it goes up to .40 a min then to .50.  Tips are never given. I had 1 caller who left me several tips and i never received them.  When business slowed down I was barely making money and i let the company know and in return they told me they would do nothing to my characters. 

This went on for 2 weeks and they said oh you need to improve your talk times when all i got was johhny jack off immature men who only wanted a 2 minute quickie.  

I got sick and was admitted n the hospital and was released 3 days later and i get this threatning email from xoxotelecom. I told them i am not coming back and i still get smack .
