Xp 2008 Antivirus anti virus program made to rip off consumers Internet

This is an antivirus program that invades your computer and it is hard to remove. It tells you that you have 2,000 + viruses and the only way to stop it is to purchase it. I tried all means to remove it but then , by mistake, I puchased it for $49.99 then it eliminated all those fake viruses. when I purchased the antivirus program I could not print the voucher /receipt. then I received an e-mail for the purchase of two additional programs. One called error digger for $ 49.99 and another called password fixer for 29.99. i understand that this is a terrible rip-off. I tried to get my money back but all contacts where without success. Please be advised to al people about this rip off.
