Xpedx International Paper - Vince Petrocelli BEWARE--be careful---watch their billing, watch your back Fresno, California

I am a CEO CFO of a very large packing house in Central California. Namely, Delano and Bakersfield, California.

I am filing this rip off report to inform the reader to be very careful in doing business with the company called XPEDX who is owned by International Paper.

The Fresno location has become an utter and complete joke.  Xpedx hired a new Operations Manager named Vince Petrocelli. Vince fancies himself as a ladies man. A skirt chaser. His actions prove nothing more than being a male w***e.  He hits on employees, he has employees in motels, he talks sex all the time. 

He also has some alcohol dependances that causes some serious doubts to his ability to do anything but drink burbon,.

He also is incompetent. His background is Target Stores where my investigators have learned he was forced out due to sexual misconduct with numerous employees.

Xpedx HAD--past tense---HAD some decent well trained employees.  But they left the company out of pure morality.  Many of those ex employees went out of their way to
inform me of Vince and to watch my workers.

There was a murder at one of Xpedx's locations which has gone unsolved. Ex Xpedx employees have told me and others that the murder was committed by a 3rd party working for Xpedx through Manpower. 

This I new believe to be true. A man was murdered by a Manpower employee yet unnamed but known to Xpedx.  Employees have given me several possible names.
A Renalto Flores is always on the list of potential suspects to murder....a gay murder too.

I made it my task to talk to the Manpower temps hired by Xpedx. They either were illegals using falsefied papers, they sometimes smelled of alchohol, and on many occasions were just dealing drugs to my other employees.

One grower down here was overbilled by $385,000.00 by one of Vince's girlfriends. Nobody is impressed with Xpedx at this time and in fact, plans are now in the works to replace ALL of Xpedx's business with competitors who are not conducting themselves in the manner of Xpedx.

The salesman Mark is a liar. He in itself is enough to sever business relationships with Xpedx. But coupled with Vince and the Manpower crowd, we are making some serious changes in the upcoming year.

Too bad Xpedx does not value quality employees.  Many have left. Now what is replaced are idiots.

Just  beware if you choose to do business with these liars. Watch your back. Watch your locations carefully and watch how will be systematically ripped  off, lied to, and who knows, based upon prior conduct maybe even murder.
