Xperience Days Altered Terms and Conditions after sale Hoboken, New Jersey

I purchased two Shenandoah Valley Hot Air Balloon Ride tickets on May 8, 2011 as a birthday gift.  The total cost was $450.00. With these tickets, Xperience Days provided me a hardcopy of their Terms and Conditions. Their reimbursement policy at the time of my purchase was detailed within the Refunds section of this document.  It stated:  Xperience Days, Inc. does not process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on any purchases once the experience has been scheduled. 

In February 2013, I contacted Xperience Days, told them that I had never scheduled this experience, and requested to be refunded the purchase cost (minus any associated penalties) in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.  Xperience Days refused my request for a refund, stating that the Terms and Conditions they had provided me included the statement:  Please see www.XperienceDays.com for the current sales return policy.

Despite my repeated requests, Xperience Days has refused to refund any of my purchase cost.  Through blatant deception, they manipulated our agreement.  At the very least, they should honor the intent of our contract.  If companies can simply change the terms and conditions on prior customer purchases by 'updating' their website, then what is the point in having a purchase agreement  in the first place? 

Xperience Days does not demonstrate respect for customer, regard for fairness in business practices, or good faith in purchase agreements.
