On March 13, 2017, I purchased Xpressary sauna wasit from Facebook from my debit card. I was told it takes about 7 to 8 weeks before the products arrives. This is the conversation:
5/17/17-Good Afternoon,
I'm checking on the status of my order that was placed on March 13, 2017 in the amount of $43.86. Also, could you give me my order number? Thank you for assisting me in this matter.
5/148/17-I show that your order was already shipped and you should be receiving that any day now. Give it until Next Friday and if it is not in yet let me know so I can put a trace on your order and reship if need be. Sorry about the delay. Thanks so much for your order. Sorry about this delay in shipping. Ray in customer service
5/27/17-Good afternoon,
My package hasn't arrived yet. I've given the allotted time in which you asked of me. Please assist me in this issue with my order.
5/28/17-I have checked into your order and it shows that it was shipped. You should be receiving this coming week. I am suprised that you have not received it by now however, our orders do ship from China and there have been some orders that got stuck in customs and there were some delays. If you don't get that by the end of next week let me know and I will reship the order for you. Again, I am very sorry for the delay. I will give you 20 percent off your next order. 6/12/17-Good morning. I have no other conclusion at this moment as to why I haven't received my product as of June 12, 2017, but to say that this is not legit. I have been very patient. My options at this moment is to request a refund or re-order the product (which would probably take another 3-4 months to receive) which I doubt at this moment I will receive, not to mention my refund. I am sure I am not the only one who has been duped. I tried to go to the website, guess what, it's down. It's a shame and sad that this has happened. If I am incorrect about this company, my apologies.
On Monday, June 12, I went on the website, its gone. I have not received a response as of today June 14, 2017.
