I bought I DVR recorder from the Vancouver on grandview highway store about a month ago with the extended warranty.   When I got it home I found that it was defective.  I brought it back within 7 days of purchase. 

The person I gave it back to at hte store said they needed to test it.  They gave me a claim slip to pick it up when it was fixed /tested/ replaced.

  They did not have one in the store at that time.  8 days go by I call the store to see if it was ready for pickup and I was toild it was. 

 I bring my service claim ticket with me to get the replacement unit.  The person refuses to give me back my unit that I HAVE PAID FOR IN FULL.  I have emailed the HEAD office several times and they have not responded.

How does The Plan work? If your product fails to function due to defect within two (2) years from purchase date, XS Cargo will gladly issue a credit voucher equal to the purchase price of the item. This credit voucher may be used towards the purchase of any item(s) at XS Cargo.
