Xsport Schaumburg Adrian, Hennessy, Stephanie, Alfredo Person Dispute on Ethical Sales; Using Police To Resolve by Forcing Trespassing Act Schaumburg, Illinois

At the beginning of February Xsport finally reimburses Mr. Sary the full amount of membership dues of one year.  Mr. used up 3 months yet Xsport settles to pay $500 amount in full.  Mr. Sary mentions in the report of a Xsport Sales Advisor but doesn't point blame on associate (Steven K.)  As stated earlier in the report; xsport staff member Steven K. admits and agrees with Mr. Sary and that his own collegue Stephanie was wrong and had poor judgement!  Mr. Sary met with Steven K. March 2, 2013 at Woodfield Mall, Schaumburg IL and informed that Stephanie and Hennessy were transfered due to defamation of character suit.

(Refer To Schaumburg PD REPORT)  Mr. Sary, The True Mr. Sary is a Brilliant Human Being.  Mentally and

Physically.  After taking time to read the Schaumburg PD report 12-22-2012, Mr. Sary is truely vindicated with

evidence stated by Schaumburg Xsport with lies, false allegations stemming from

Mr. Sary's Past as well as HIS MULTIPLE FACEBOOK PAGE (S).  Yes!! Multiple pages!!  Xsport may HAVE

come across one of many.  Mr. Sary isfully aware There ARE PRINT outs of (1) Particular Page that Schaumburg Xsport

based their complaint.  The truth is Stephanie of Xsport failed to make a membership sale and tried her all by lying

and I, Mr. Sary happened to witness to 2 Indiana Gentleman turn her down only

to make advances in a personal setting; NOT BUSINESS!!  Mr. Sary is seeking $600 MILLION ($600,000,000) in damages.

MR. SARY NO CARES ABOUT SETTLING BUT ONLY CARES TO HAVE SCUMBAG BUSINESSES SUCH AS xsport schaumburg never open up!!  STEROIDS DOES NOT DO A BODY GOOD, ONLY MAKES  smaller (in the brain) especially stephanie, alfredo, adrian, hennessy, downers grove xsport, naperville xsport, and jo jo's buddy-the black guy always runnin' his mouth 'bout his diet but has no muscle definition like MR. THIS IS AN ATTEMPT FOR "DIRECT NEGOTIATIONS" with

Xsports Fitness Corporate through Allegiance (Third Party) to negotiate CASH

SETTLEMENT IN EXCHANGE TO END case (RELEASING Xsport Fitness Corporate (THE

AT-FAULT PARTY from any future responsibility).



 



Xsport is CLEARLY AT FAULT!! 

Months after December 27, 2012; a membership refund was issued on

February 19, 2013.  A FULL Refund was

resolved through Allegiance, acting third party.  Claims made by Xsport Corporate Aurora stated

that a refund check ($453) was mailed immediately.  Yet, THERE WAS NEVER ANY REAL CONVERSATION

with Eric and Mr. Sary.  Mr. Sary and

Eric (Membership Service Advisor) only dialoged through voicemails.  NEVER was there TALK or agreement of issuance

of or amount of refund.  Mr. Sary PAID

($453) for 1 year of Xsport Membership (September 11, 2012) and after

dispute/incident at Woodfield Mall, Schaumburg, IL; Mr. Sarys membership was

Terminated (December 27, 2012).  Mr. Sary

actively used the Downers Grove Xsport Facility along with The State Street

Xsport.  Naperville Xsport was also

visited by Mr. Sary until INTENTIONAL TERMINATION by TRESPASS.  A FULL REFUND was  issued February 19, 2013.  Mr. Sary ACTIVELY EXERCISED FROM September

11, 2012 to December 27, 2013.  Mr. Sary

was issued a refund that should have been PRORATED.  Mr. Sary is stating that Xsport s FULL

REFUND IS A WAY TO  soften/cease  lawsuit.



 



Mr. Sary would have hoped that Schaumburg Xsport was

On this date at 1501 hrs, I (Ofc. T. Nance #3109) and Ofc.

Gurski responded to X-Sport Fitness, 2780 Fitness Dr



 



reference an unwanted subject.



 



Upon arrival, I met with the manager Edwards who related the

following in summary:



 



Edwards related that he received notification from the

X-Sport in Schaumburg that Sary had been involved in a



dispute there. During the dispute, Sary allegedly made

threats to return and shoot everyone in the gym. He also



allegedly stated that he would go to the X-Sport in Downers

Grove and do the same thing.



Edwards related that he wanted Sary removed from the

property.



 



 



Sary saw that the police were there and began to walk to the

exit. I told him that I needed to speak with him and he



 



said that was fine and that he knew why I was there.



 



Sary and I stepped outside and I then asked him what

happened., Sary then related the following in summary:



 



Sary stated that this all stemmed from a dispute that he had

with an X-Sport employee "Stephanie". He stated that he



was at Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg and was near the kiosk

that is operated by X-Sport talking to a couple friends



that he works out with. He felt that Stephanie overstepped

her bounds with a couple subjects in trying to sell them a



membership even though they clearly not interested when they

told her that they live in Indiana.



Sary said that the males had approached her simply to flirt

and she pressed them for a phone number so that she



could meet her contact quota even though it was clear that

they were not interested. He felt this was unethical and so



he told her as much.



Stephanie took exception to his opinion and there was a disagreement

about it.



Sary then left the kiosk.



 



Sary stated that he returned a couple days later, just to

shop at the mall. He stated that he walked by Stephanie and



wished her a Merry Christinas but that he could tell by her

body language that she was still upset with him. The



employees at the kiosk then called security in him.



 



 



Further, Sary stated that he filled out a job application at

the trailer where they are building an X-Sport Fitness in



Schaumburg and was told to leave and given a trespass order.





 



 



Sary said he did not make any statements that were

threatening in nature and did not say anything that could be



misconstrued as a threat. Sary said that he thinks that this

is X-Sports way of getting back at him.



 



 



Sary stated that he came into the Naperville X-Sport today

just to see if they called the police.



 



Edwards served Sary with a trespass notice and advised him

that his membership had been cancelled. He told Sary



that the corporate office would contact him regarding any

type of refund but that he was no longer allowed on the



property of any X-Sport Fitness centers.



 



 



Sary then left the premises without incident.

Defamation is the issuance of a false statement about

another person, which causes that person to suffer harm. February 9, 2013, Mr.

Sary was served with a BAN/NOT FORBIDDEN/TRESPASSING (Valor Security) on the

property of Stratford Square Mall, Bloomingdale, IL. Indefinite suspension of

Shopping Privileges  because of INCIDENT

AT Woodfield Mall, Schaumburg, IL (Christmas Weekend) (Naperville Police Report

filed by Patrick Edwards falsely stating that Mr. Sary was upset about being

asked to leave Woodfield Mall and that Mr. Sary "HAD A GUN AND WAS GOING

TO XSPORT DOWNERS GROVE AS WELL AS NAPERVILLE TO SHOOT PATRONS"). Mr. Sary

can no longer shop at Stratford Square Mall because false remarks made by

Xsport employees Stephanie and Adrian and Patrick. Mr. Sary was greeted by

Schaumburg PD and Woodfield Mall Security (Valor), situation was addressed,

Woodfield Mall Security made no issue of it. Mr. Sary was NEVER charged or

asked to leave mall that day. Mr. Sary fully cooperated without incident and

simply stayed and shopped at one end of (SEARS) Woodfield Mall.

Schaumburg PD, Naperville PD and Valor Security are now involved because

of FALSE, DAMAGING statements made by XSPORT SCHAUMBURG AND NAPERVILLE! Mr.

Sary CAN NO LONGER HAVE FUN AT WOODFIELD OR STRATFORD SQUARE MALL because of

lies, false allegations and cover ups by XSPORT SCHAUMBURG AND NAPERVILLE. A

company like Xsport that IS willing to go the distance to cover up poor sales

conduct and hurt a little nobody like Mr. Sary IS a company that is NOT TRUST

WORTHY. Friday night, Feb 9, 2013 Mr.Sary was sitting in a rest area of

Stratford Square and speaking Spanglish to 2 little sweet twins and Their

Father. Mr. Sary is a people person. Mr. Sary DOES NOT TALK down to people BUT

to people.  Mr. Sary has A Photographic

Memory. When He meets people for that first TIME; HE REMEMBERS!! Days, months,

years later Mr. Sary picks up the conversation where last left off. While

getting to know the 2 cutest in the world girls (Rosaline and Jaqueline), Mr.

Sary was interrupted by Valor Security and served with Banned

Notice....According to Valor Security; THE Incident at Woodfield Mall,

Christmas Weekend was THE MAIN REASON. 

Moment of being Served, Valor Security Officer Tim stated that, Girl at

Woodfield Kiosk.  Those were Valor

Security Officer Tims words IMPLYING that Mr. Sary IS a TROUBLE MAKER/

HARASSER/ SCUMBAG going around Woodfield Mall and starting FIGHTS with

Merchants.



 



Mr. Sary has calculated the VALUE of this case and would

like to negotiate a settlement offer based on the Misconduct of Xsport

Schaumburg THAT HAS DEFAMED Him (ULTIMATE BAN AT ANOTHER MALL, STRATFORD SQUARE

MALL, Bloomingdale, IL).  Mr. Sary would

like to be compensated in the amount of $600,000,000 ($600 million) plus 2

million or minus 2 million.  Mr. Sarys

SARY'S REPUTATION WAS DAMAGED, HE WAS EMBARRASSED, AND NOW HAS TO AVOID SCHAUMBURG XSPORT KIOSK TO SHOP. MR. SARY HAS TO GO AROUND AND OUT TO SHOP AT NORDSTORM WHERE HE'S ALSO KNOWN AS THE "CANDY MAN"...ask Steven.

Ever since false allegations made, securtiy follows Mr.Sary around as if He's a "Lethal Weapon".  Another FALSE CLAIM made by SCHAUMBURG XSPORT saying Mr. Sary was going to DOWNERS GROVE XSPORT TO BEAT UP PATRONS. I was a proud member of xsport and friends with all schaumburg sales kiosk as well Henessy BEFORE STEPHANIE'S BLUNDER OF A COVER UP. I've built relationships with members and staff at the XSPORT CHICAGO (STATE) (DOWNERS GROVE) (LOMBARD) & (NAPERVILLE). SHAME ON YOU FOR THE NAPERVILLE INCIDENT.

XSPORT TERMINATED A MEMBERSHIP THAT WAS PAID IN FULL (1 YEAR) ALLEGATIONS MADE IN SCHAUMBURG ARE FALSE. THERE WERE NO CHARGES AGAINST MR. SARY.  XSPORT SCHAUMBURG HAS DEFAMED MR. XSPORT IS RESPONSBLE TO REFUND MR. SARY'S MEMBERSHIP (PRO RATE) ($500) AS WELL AS SETTLE DEFAMATION OF MR. January 11, multiple contact attempts are  made (From 01-18-2013 to JANUARY 18; but an actual conversation is never reached with Legal Team; just messages left by Mr. Sary TO RESOLVE.  January 18 Xsport leaves a message (FIRST INTIAL CONTACT ON XSPORT).  MESSAGE left by Xsport instructing   Mr. Sary to keep calling or email.... 

Xsport Schaumburg, IL Stephanie, Adrian, Hennessy, Alfredo Misconduct, Misuse of Law Enforcement, Inappropriate Behavior For a Cover-UP Schaumburg, Illinois  I've have no issues wih Xsport Fitness Health Clubs.  Of the 3, Lifetime, La, IMO Xsport is all about Health and Wellness.  As of 3 of months pass, (finally getting out of a disasterous, non productive relationship) I was able to start my single life fresh by joining a gym (S).  Lifetime already had Me based on my relationships past; but Xsport Downers Growner Had Me Blown Away with Their 7 Day Guest Pass.  Each day I was push/motivated by Men/Women that went there to WORK OUT!!
