Placed an order on May 10,2015. Did not receive the order. Contacted the company on several occassions through a live chat on their website. Was promised the order would be sent and it never has been. 

They refuse to give us our money back since it has been so long since the original order was placed. Called the customer service number several times and no one would answer, just a recording then it hung up on me.
