Xtralights Lighting parts and accessories. Cancelled my order after being told it would be back ordered several weeks. Have not received my refund after several phone calls and messages. Its been six weeks and still no refund. Richmond California

Ordered some tailights for my car on May 5/16. After four weeks I received no tracking number. After trying to call the company on numerous occasions I finally got through to some one. They told me on May 23 that the order was back ordered and would not received for three to four weeks more. I was told that the company does not issue tracking numbers and the items were coming from China. I told them to cancell my order.  I was told it would take three to four days and I would receive an email confirming that. Never rgot the email nor the refund. I have called four times since then and they tell me the same story, " in three days it will be issued". That was over a month ago.  I still have not received my refund nor the parts.  Their customer service sucks. Their chat lines suck. They lie to you and never return calls or emails. I will never do business with this company or what ever it is, again. I strongly recommend people to stay away from this company.
