I see their ad in Craigslist.org which mentions a couple of things at reasonable rates. I go there and i ask them to do a courtesy 27 pt check.

these guys take my car in lift it off the ground, adjust with a measuring tape, dont know what they were doing with that under the hood and said that i was out of alignment. can you believe it, these guys are measuring 1 or 2 degrees using a measuring tape. then they drop my fuel tank , say that my fuel filter is clogged and then come give me an estimate of 470 dollars along with 50 dollar (reduced special ) for alignment.

i say that i dont need any of those and these guys refused to put my car back. the owner/manager comes and shouts saying that we have done the alignment, if you dont want it we'll put it back to the original ..but how in h*ll does he know when he measured with a tape whther it was 1 or 3 degrees earlier...then he says the car cannot run because the fuel tank is dropped and i have to tow it away from his premises to get it fixed. everything was fine till that minute.

just because i refused his services he starts screwing my car and then wont agree to put it back and mis align furthur so that I have no choice. and on top of this, he says he will call police and tell them that i have received all the services and now I am not paying , where as I asked them only for the 27 pt check which they advertised.  and on top of that i get all the curses and the f* words just for being polite and when I wanted to have a discussion.

Dont ever go to these guys. he says he has got a lot of customers, but I guess all those are the ones who were enticed by his cheap rates , not knowing that they were getting cheap parts and cheap workmanship.
U get what you pay for. never ever believe these guys.

 This customer came in to have his car checked out, which we did for free as always. He Said " He wanted us to check his alignment and if it was off he wanted that done." The alignment was off so we did it for him then he told us that he didn't want it done. When he refused to pay, of course I will reset the alignment back. As far as a tape measure we have a hunter alignment machine that we did the original alignment on. I wasn't going to hook it all back up to put the alignment back when the alignment machine said that it was  a 1/4 out. I went ahead and did it by a tape measure to set it back. We always check the customers cars out for free and we verify with the customer before any work is performed. As far as the 27 point courtesy check that we do. We have to pop the hood to let the customer know everything that is going on with the car. It is a pretty lengthy inspection we do. I think this guy may have had trouble communicating because he spoke some broken english and kept trying to get me to lower my price. Lower than it already was. As a owner he paid nothing and received a 27 point courtesy check and a free alignment check and he paid nothing so what could he be upset about receiving services for free.
