Extremely and unnecessarily rude and aggresive. Got my car towed while standing right next to it! It was also in a no towing zone and they aggressively hooked my car up to their truck before I could even talk. When I asked them to release my car they wouldnt. The guy was verbally aggressive. They told me a price to pick up the car and when I called to pick up my car that same Saturday night, they told me i wasnt able to pick it up until Monday.
On Monday I went to pick it up and was charged a LATE FEE for not picking it up Saturday even though when I tried to pick it up that night they said they were closed and I wasnt able to! On top of the TERRIBLE customer service and being extremely rude, they scammed me as well! Am surprised they are still in business!
