Xtreme Rides Inc Rude Service, Bad Product, and No Fair Exchange. Company has my money and I have a broken ATV after 3 days. Lake Hamilton Florida

They sold a defective ATV and refused to refund the product. The chain broke after 15 minutes of ride time, the shock broke leaking oil after 1 hour of ride, then the entire rear end and axle slid to one side and the wheel fell off while riding it after about 3 hours of ride. Owners were Xtremy Rude. I tried to compromise and was told they were not out to please anyone! This was the most unprofessional business I've ever dealt with. I will never do any business with these people nor do I recommend anyone else too.

When the first problem (the chain) occurred my husband called and they said they would replace the chain. We then drove an hour and a half to get the chain and my husband fixed it hisself. The next the ATV was leaking oil in my driveway. We called and they found it hard to believe. I was not happy that my husband was already getting his hands dirty after 2 days of buying a "brand new", straight from the box, ATV. The very next day my 8 year old son was cruising around our property, an open field, and I see the back end drop and my son fall off in the grass. I ran over and the tire had fallen off. I was flaming mad.

I told my husband to call because now I've had enough. My husband told them we were bringing the ATV back and they said bring it up and we would work something out. The next morning we drove an hour and a half there and was told it must have been something we did. Let me remind you that this bike has only carried my 60 lb son and has maybe 3 hours of ride time on it, if that. I was very defensive when the owner looked at me laughing and said "&*^% happens" we told him the bike has caused us nothing but problems and we want an exchange or a refund. They refused.

They said no company that sells bikes give any refunds however they did not state on the reciept or anywhere else that all sales are final or No refunds. They were very unprofessional and when I confronted them about not saying that this sale was final they told me, that's the way it works. After a long argument, they took the bike down and "fixed" it. While fixing the shock and tire and bolts, I observed him take all the parts from another "new" bike for sale.

I hope that one has all it's parts before being sold. The Atv still rattles. We were refused a refund or an even exchange and was sent home with the same Atv but said to be fixed but I am still not comfortable for my child to ride it so we have it for nothing and they have our money.

When you have a business you should be out to pleasing your customers and standing behind your product. We did not have to have the money back but we did go there to buy an atv so that's what we wanted not a piece of junk and they wouldn't even trade it out. This was clearly not a fair deal. I do not think this was an unreasonable or picky complaint because my child could have been hurt and they showed no concern.
