Xtreme Screens/ Tim (Unruh) Spence 9677 Benavente Street Buyer BEWARE owner is habitual lier and thief! Fontana, California

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY OR MORE IMPORTANTLY TIM SPENCE!!!

I recommended Xtreme Screens to a friend of mine that had relocated his business because I knew Tim Spence from my previous employment. Xtreme Screens has a GREAT product truely amazing work. However, Tim Spence will take your money and run without delivering the product you ordered and lie continuously to you. On June 11, 2012 we order some automobile window signs and were told by Tim Spence in person that we would have the product by 6/13/12. We paid invoice #3711 with a check in the amount of $80 that Tim insisted we write out to Tim Spence not Xtreme Screens (should have been a red flag right there). 6/13 came and went no show or call from Tim. I called him and he fed me multiple lies about how busy he was and even told me multiple time that he was on his way and would be at our locating within the hour. This went on for 2days. I then called him on 6/15 and told him to cancel the order and give us our money back. He said he would deliver cash to us on 6/18. Not really surprised when he no showed or called on 6/18. I have voice mails and text messages from Tim saying he's on his way and he'll be there at a specific date and time. As of today (7/13) more than a month later we still have not received our money back. Tim Spence continues to lie.......Too bad they have a great product but can't refund a measly $80 especially since Tim talks about how great business is!!!
