THey will take your money andy tell you to get lost after they pretend to offer customer/technical support.

Issue: I signed up for a 1 yr. membership
The site offers a user name and membership benefits to upload photos to share with other members.

Photos fall under Main Profile, Public album, and Private album categories.

I get a message when I try to upload to either category that simply states "there was a problem up loading your photo try again later"


After three attempts to get resolution without results I decided to ask for a refund and cancellation do to breach of service agreement.


The feature was offered ther was a problem usingit and the only response that I get from customer service is that they are aware of and working the problem.

People come three weeks who do they have as tech support a trained monkey.

Oh they offered to extend my membership 1 month after the year term in lieu of a refund. Great thats what I need an extra month of not getting what I paid for.

This is a small complaint after all people alosing millions to scammers all over the world . However I paid for a service the service is not being deliverd and there is not as much as a help button with FAQ's

THis to me is a valid rip off report and I hope noone else gets burned by these thieves!!
