XYZ Capital Associates Craig Abraham, Sandy Hoffman, Associated Capital Advance, LLC false advertising & deceptive Internet

Craig Abraham of XYZ Capital Associates (aka Sandy Hoffman of Associated Capital Advances) is using Craigslist to lure potential affiliates into a Merchant Cash Advance business that doesn't exist, in which he promises to delivery marketing materials that will make your phone ring off the hook.  The ad promises 100% call in leads, among other grandiose promises.  The catch is, you must first send him a refundable cashier's check in the amount of $1,588 as a sign of commitment, before they begin their training and marketing campaign.  It all sounded very legitimate as their was no derogatory statements or complaints I could find for XYZ Capital Associates, as he had changed his name and the name of the company following Cease and Desist orders in Illinois and Washington.  Do not do business with these people.  I have spoken to other "affiliates" who have the same complaint.  They promise an exclusive territory, marketing & support, but deliver nothing but lies.
