Xzilon Denies Claims Brea, CA Internet

I purchased a Porsche 2 years ago and the sales guy raved about this product, so I thought I would invest in the protection of my car.  I was told grocery cart dings, chipping of car paint, and interior denim transfer would all be covered.  So moving forward 2 years, I thought maybe it's about time I file a few claims for a few dings and bird poop acid on my hood.  I submitted several items, but many of the claims were flat out denied, there is a fine print that you must submit the calim within a certain period of time otherwise it would not be covered. They did not tell me this when they were selling the product.  Also, I am being given the run around and told to go to 2 body shops to get two different estimates.   I have no idea where to even go and why where will I have time to run around to 2 different places for this?!!  If I knew it would take this much time and hassle I would not have agreed to buy this warranty.  New car buyers beware, this warranty is a scam and this company will find loopholes to deny your claim and it is NOT likely you will need to use it.  I say save yourself $1200 (I actualy paid $2500) for this warranty and it was a definite rip off!  I will never ever buy any type of warranty service like this ever gain.  Xzilon if you are ready this, shame on your company!  You take our money and then give us the runaround.
