You two need to up your prozac, get a job, and a life. If Carol Ricce had a million dollars, do you think she'd be working at a minimum wage job, and babysitting for her daughter so SHE can go to work at HER minimum wage job? No. As for Lois, she does not have any employees, so the names you have provided are bogus, and the only reason you know where she banks and the name of her ranch is because she has given you money for various things, how about a thankyou instead of a stab in the back. Oh that's right, that's all your good at is stabbing people in the back and using them. Where is your proof? Next time YOU NEED money, you better go somewhere else to beg it from, because I'm pretty sure after this nobody is going to be flying your lazy butt to vegas for the weekend, nor are they going to fly you to Idaho so you can play tiddlywinks with whomever gives you the time of day, and I'm pretty sure they won't be sending you any more money to help you pay your bills. Good thing you suck up to your other sibling (the only other one that actually talks to you), maybe they can help support you. As far as the other trouble maker goes, you know who you are, and for those who don't, please know it's a constant thing with her delusions and hallucinations and trouble making. Sad to say, this is from jealous and mentally ill family members.

I am in communication with a financial consultant that works with Lois R. Davis.  Their company reported the principle was returned to the person in question. 

I don't have any details or legal verification, so is it possible for the consumer that filed this complaint to update the report and verify that they received the principle back from Lois R. Davis or not?

The Report that you left seems to be missing something - your "story." The Ripoff.com Web site is clear when it says, "The report should be relating an honest, factual,
and impartial story. Make your statement as objective as possible."

You didn't tell a complete story.

You made accusations against several people but you didn't make a case. You didn't say that you or anyone you know got ripped off. You say that Lois R. Davis and
friends are running a Ponzi Scheme but you don't say what they are doing or to whom, except, "She has taken individuals life's savings ..."

WHOSE life savings did she take (yours?) and did she ever return them?

You say, "When asked for a refund of the original funds, Ms. Davis has not been available ..." You are still not clear. Did she ever return the requested funds?

Instructions at this Web site say, "Title your report using descriptive words, describing what they did to you." You only did half of that. You created a title but didn't say what was done to YOU.

I hope you will share your story with us and fill in the missing pieces so that your report is believable.
