Hello, I purchased a personalized ribbon in april 6, 2007. I called and was told that it would take 2 weeks for delivery by the time it was ordered. I received my item and was not satisfied because the SPELLING of the name was INCORRECT.
I have attempted to call them and email them 4x, their emails BOUNCED BACK to me. After many attempts, I've tried searching for Ya Ya Creations over the internet, I found a phone number and I called it 3x, there was no luck! My son's christening is next week and I have no personalized ribbon. It is not the cost but the principle that these people are GETTING AWAY with ripping off people over the internet.
Please don't buy from this website as the service and value that you will get is terrible.
