I ordered personalized pew bows from the company. They did not have the flower I ordered and sent me an e-mail; I waited for my flower. Wait time was not over a month and a half but they were unresponsive to my e-mails asking about the progress.

When I received the bows I was appalled. I had ordered white bows with an all cream tigerlily flower in the center. What I received was quite different. The flowers were off white with huge bands of bright yellow going down the petals and a neon green center.

I immediately contacted them with my displeasure. I explained in my e-mail that what I had seen on the internet and what I received were nothing alike. After over a week of waiting for a response and two other e-mails, they told me I could not receive a refund due to the fact they were personalized. I explained to them that it was not what I wanted and would never have ordered it.

Not satisfied, I went to the Better Business Beauru of Los Angeles and filed a complaint, it took them over 2 weeks to respond and when they did they only offered to send me flowers to replace the ones I had, and insisted that the bows were personalized and they would not offer a refund (which is stated on their website). If I had wanted to make the bows myself I would have done just that, not spent over $110 on bows that were hardly personalized and quite frankly hideous.

After their initial response I sent them my rebuttal telling them I would settle for nothing less than a refund and would even pay to mail the bows back to them so that I could have my money and they could try to resell them. After about two weeks I received an e-mail from the Better Business Beauru that told me my complaint had been closed due to their failure to respond.

I do not consider this matter closed and will do everything in my power to get a refund and stop them from ripping off other people. They falsely advertised their products and were quite frankly cowardly when confronted, choosing not to respond and ignore my complaint.

I have photos of what I ordered from their website and what I received and even after sending the pictures to them, they choose to rebut with the fact they were personalized. Please look at the pictures and tell me if I'm wrong and if I am I will apologize but I'm fairly certain many would agree with me. The whole thing could've been handled much better. Their customer service is horrible!
