Ya Ya e Favormart Dirty tableclothes, no refund granted El Monte, California

I ordered tableclothes for my daughter's wedding using the cheapest shipping option, but then realized that they wouldn't get here in time.   So I e-mailed the company asking for the faster shipping option.   They said that the order was already processed so I would need to re-order and I could then send the one box back as refused and receive a refund.  I ended up getting both boxes on the same day after paying the additional shipping.    After opening the first box and checking my order, I found that 4 out of the 7 tableclothes were either dirty or the wrong size.  I had to open the second box to get enough tableclothes to make the 7 that I needed.  sealed the box back and returned it by UPS service.  After getting my credit card statement there was no refund issued.  I e-mailed them again telling them this and they claim that they did not recieve it.   After reading 8 bad reports  on this company I now wish that I had seen them before I ordered though them.  So in the future everyone should check out the company's reputation before ordering.  I don't expect to get my refund but I am still trying.
