Yacht Path International Yachtpath, Unity Shipping, Dennis Cummings, Kevin Cummings Watch Out for This Scam Fort Lauderdale, Florida

I found these guys on the internet and submitted a quote request. Jen Kowaleski was the sales rep that called me back and gave me the business about how they have a ship thats leaving to Ensenada from Port Everglades and can load my Sunseeker but need me to sign the contract and wire the money right away. When I wrote Jen that I was waiting on some competitor quotes, the owner of Yacht Path Dennis Cummings called me himself and said he will give me a special deal and take 20% off the price if I pay by the next day. I should have known better
As soon as I paid and signed they gave me the business about a slight delay. Numerous ship names and 4 months later I threatened to sue them if they didnt give me my money back. There was no response at all. They just ignored me!
I called my attorney and send him a copy of the contract, and it turns out that by contract they dont even have to ship this boat and if I want to litigate it has to be in the UK..!!! WTF!
We are now in litigation and I have spent more money on attorneys than the cost of the shipping. HEED my advice: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Dont even call them. Dont even let them find out you have a boat.
