January 8, 2009 was an interesting set of circumstances that I was allowed to observe. I had heard rumors of bias and gender based warfare going on against these two women in North Carolina who decided to take on the system a long time ago; 19 years of this combat zone, Yadkin County, North Carolina where the glass ceiling is not cracked.
Nearly two decades have passed since an angry white business owner watched as the racial card was played over and over and always in the favor of those who stuck together and presented their cause in unison.
In unison, that is where all similarities stop when it comes to fighting for right and justice in the white arena of reverse discrimination. Blacks seemingly united for a cause...white fight each other in the name of gender based bias and social degradation.
Pain is pain, poverty is poverty. We all have a dream. Discrimination hurts. Right is right and wrong is wrong, no matter what race, religion, creed, cult or tribe you belong to....even a cult has standard rules of civil procedure. Even the most primitive have balance and standards...it is a natural inborn facet to seek balance, normalcy and success. For the most part, hardly anyone gets up in the morning to see how many things they can fail at in the next 24 hours...that is not life or positive attitude, or how we grow as a nation. In life, everything follows some semblance of order and procedure.
Standardization is and was the backbone of the industrial revolution and mass marketing....there must be order, procedures are set for all, not just the chosen few...this is order....anything less is anarchy. A good example is our seasonal order of sequence...Seasons for example: Summer follows spring; spring follows winter and winter follows autumn; there are no surprises. You know what is coming next....not so in courtroom number 2; foreclosures; Yadkin County, North Carolina.
The only predictable thing so far that I have been allowed to observe is that this man, Wayne Dixon, local who was elected to the position of Yadkin County's Clerk of Court....he has the appearance of working a vendetta against an 85 years old woman, Rachel Long Hemric; and her daughter.
Rumors of this vendetta against this elder taxpayer and lifelong resident of Yadkin County, born in 1923, have it very well detailed...from what I have been allowed to observe.
Wayne Dixon will not bend when it comes to allowing the daughter of the now 85 years old victim to assist her mother. The daughter holds a valid, time stamped, certified and recorded Power of Attorney to work in her mother's highest and best interest.

As an observer I heard him tell the daughter a blank NO when she did asked upon arrival If she might assist her mother; address the court.
This daughter is no stranger to the courts, as she and her mother have been in court repeatedly since the beginning of the questions asked by the daughter of illegal credit reviews and the use of NOT INTERESTED that was allowed to put an 8 years old name recognized business into bankruptcy...that was in 1991, only 11 months after the prized signature of Rachel Long Hemric and her property came under the control of a contrived deed of trust with a secondary purpose. No way would there have been anything signed if full disclosure had been made on May 14, 1990. There would not have been a need created for the use of any courtroom. Instead, this act of kindness has resulted in years of court room battles.
The years in federal bankruptcy court have taken education in law a step beyond what most people will ever have to be exposed to...Learning the double talk, the read between the lines strategy took time and effort so the daughter relates repeatedly. Repetition creates a sound foundation she states...and is a memory enhancer. The daughter is also a master hypnotist, a graduate of Silva Mind Control, trained in language patterns, and has touched on learning more of the Alinsky method that has made news since our president elect Barack Obama first hit the news with his comfortable in his own skin attitude with his charm and charisma captivating an audience wherever he went. To develop a style, a language, a presence that makes people communicate effectively does not just happen...it is cultivated. That daughter has cultivated that aura, that educated ambience....the daughter is not going to be allowed near a witness stand. Wayne Dixon already made that mistake in the December 2, 2008 hearing....no attempts are made to invite Rachel Hemric, 85; to put any witnesses on the stand; certainly not her daughter....no invitation to question witnesses is offered. Rachel Long Hemric does not ask...Wayne Dixon smoothes right on with the statement that all four criteria have been met by the lender without allowing presentation of how. It is difficult to watch this high level con man take everything they own and put it into the circle of deceit, the foreclosure sale schedule...all done by certain number of days time schedule...Procedures....everything has a procedure IF they stand to make money with it; or to accomplish what no other has been able to do...take the properties of Rachel Hemric from her forever. It has taken the powers that be more than two decades....they now do it under armed guard in courtroom no. 2.
The daughter has watched as educated and highly touted men of huge law firms attempted to break her spirit. Wayne Dixon is cultivating a contempt of court arrest...he did not get it....he is attempting to make the daughter blow up to effect and arrest. Constant rumors flow easily and freely of how this daughter has been restrained, and taken out of the courthouse repeatedly. All lies, there has never been anyone who has put their hands on her and no one has ever lead her out of the courthouse. She is used to the slander, the self righteous indignations heaped upon those who question authority. She has addressed large business gatherings and presented in trade show presentations all across this nation with her crowning successes being added to by what she thought would be the stepping stone to success. This came with the 1990 Heimtex presentation. It was so wonderful, so much what the growing company needed to embellish the shipping and the expanded territories. Instead of a new beginning, this became the beginning of the end; the downfall of the business that lead to the January 8, 2009 taking of the properties of Rachel Long Hemric, 10% owner. There is a never ending saga going on...a saga reminiscent of the hate crimes of the 60's. There is a blatant push; a vendetta. No one even attempts to hide it any longer. It is meant that all properties of Rachel Long Hemric will be taken from her; no matter how or why they came to be part of this predatory foreclosures vendetta.


Yadkin County Powers that be continue the losses....the taking of what was not theirs to take; Rachel Long Hemric's estate. This same scenario is being played out in the hometown justice across this nation.... January 8, 2009 is not the exception...it is becoming the norm. However this taking' has a twist.
The diligent daughter exposed a long running predatory lending scheme; a swindle of huge proportion. She divorced her husband and set the property free from the clutches of Carolina Farm Credit that had unjustly enriched themselves to the tune of more than a million dollars by the use of Rachel Hemric's formerly 100% paid for property.
Long Hemric was 67 years old when this first financial debacle; a sophisticated swindle was created.
This swindle was to take from Rachel the 100% paid properties including her home and the properties in question; January 8, 2009.
Rachel Long Hemric is to lose everything she owns at the discretion of Joe the Judge; a non-lawyer entity who will not allow another non lawyer entity; the daughter of Rachel Long Hemric to assist her mother.
Rachel Long Hemric never asked for a loan, did not need a loan, and neither did the daughter need any product, or service from one of the largest lending organizations in the world...Carolina Farm Credit, a division of AgFrist.
As I observed mock justice; justice denied that was wrapped in gender bias, and deceit; more trickery and deceit that would make this 85 years old woman among the statistics known as homeless there beat in me a feeling of revulsion.
It is extreme and can affect any of our inhabitants of Yadkin County. Most have no idea who pays for what in this county...they are shocked to know that our Yadkin County tax dollars are paid to put into our midst, this vermin, a rogue thief with a title; Yadkin County Clerk of Court. Wayne Dixon; without any feeling is taking from Rachel Long Hemric everything she owns in the interest of the lender; Regions Mortgage, a participant in this ongoing financial nightmare that Rachel Hemric is supposed to fund with more losses...her entire estate is to be taken. Regions Mortgage has ill-prepared Carson Turner, and the substitute trustee Richard P. McNeely for what she would face in courtroom number 2. They left out all the criminal aspects...Yadkin County, North Carolina.....Regions Mortgage sought to remove themselves from harm's way and to get rid of the Rachel Long Hemric mortgages...and to take her properties.
Regions Mortgage has not done their due diligence when this report was filed with them in regard to the Daniel Dowling embezzlement. Regions Mortgage has no problem; to unjustly enrich themselves with full disclosure of the investigation into Daniel Dowling.
The Carolina Farm Credit did not bother their conscientious either. Achievement of taking property brings rewards, it is the business of the lender. The only time Regions Mortgage gave thought was when the money stopped coming in on their predatory loan. They only became concerned when their money stopped...it was stopped by their own actions...no investigation, no help has been offered.....What are they going to do? Investigate themselves?
I followed up with questions about the rumor of the FBI having this matter in their hands for more than two years. Why had something not been done for this woman, now 85 years old. I have traced down two articles written about horrific tragedy involving Carolina Farm Credit....the Mounce Family from another area of Yadkin County. The Mounce family lost it all in this same courthouse ....there was also a suicide in Siler City, a young man with a family, more Carolina Farm Credit poultry house loans that This foreclosures financial exploitation has plucked the life blood from business growth, and the funds for paying these alleged loans that are against the name of Rachel Long Hemric. Why does Wayne Dixon NOT want to know who, what, where and why this situation exist? Wayne Dixon seeks to escalate this woman into the streets. In the name of the law, he is evicting Rachel Hemric from her familiar world....her home from where she minded her own business and never sought a loan. She has been manipulated into one of the most severe situations ever known of by ACORN, and all other related organizations. Her property was targeted more than two decades ago....she had a heads up and was told she had been :Selected to Fail. That remark made no sense in 1993; but make a lot of sense now when the paper trail is followed....Follow the money!
The key to the failure was to take the property by some means out of the control of the owner who owed no money to anyone...Rachel Long Hemric was debt free when Carolina Farm Credit conned her property into their control by false pretense. Obtaining property for the purpose of unjust enrichment and the removal of the property permanently from the owners is serious business...money laundering...property is money...real money, real property, real losses. Yadkin County has it going on; Property Laundering is at an all time high.
Upon investigation, I found that every foreclosure that I am aware of at present is going into the possession of the lenders. It is the bankers who set these predatory lending swindles in place in the first place. We have just bailed them out on this fiasco that they screwed up at tax payer expense. With the properties back in their control and the tax payers lessened, the project is being readied to begin again...in the most sinister of plans...the loop that never ends is about to be perpetrated over and over in more toxic loans....toxic assets. Bids are either done in back room whisper sales sometimes with bidders and those who are interested sitting right out front. They are not made notice of a sale; told sales are cancelled and then they have complete control over the bidding process....no more competition. I know this as I was seeking to learn the foreclosure process of sale in detail for reporting purposes...I needed to know everything there was to know and the Yadkin County experience continues to shock and awe.
Almost every foreclosure property ends up in the hands of the lender. A standard is the upset bid process...on the last day of the last hour on the bid upset 10 day process, the bid is apt to be overturned should there be a bid made...this will be overturned at the last minute by Countrywide, or some other waiting in the wings lending organization. No way is the property owner a match for the lender(s) most recentlywith blessed hundreds of billions in bailout funds...supposedly to assist home and property owners. This property owner is denied not only funding, but is denied the use of a family member, the inheritant of the property Wayne Dixon is about to put into that foreclosure circuit of doom...the inheritance of her only child; a daughter is about to go on the auction block and her daughter is right by her side, under armed guard is not allowed to assist her mother, age 85 as her Power of Attorney.
The Power of Attorney, the one sought by the con man is now being used and allowed at the discretion of Wayne Dixon, the Yadkin County Clerk of Court.
Upon the advice of this genuinely disconcerted daughter, she has just added Wayne Dixon as the latest con game in this ongoing series of financial exploitations Yadkin County, North Carolina.
Wayne Dixon, Richard Randleman, J. Gregory Matthews who sold the home right out from under Rachel Hemric; all in the eyes of the law are doing their job....it is how they do their job that concerns, Foreclosures are forever; the biggest fraud ever.
