Yahoo Local Listings Localworks Posted Numerous Incorrect Addresses For Our Business, Tried to Cancel and they still charged account for another quarter of advertising... Sunnyvale California

We decided to use http://smallbusiness.yahoo.com/localworks to upload and post our business profile to various search engines online.  The Localworks listing is $89.97 per quarter, which was charged to our Mastercard via Paypal.  Yahoo linked our business to 2 of the wrong street addresses, so I called and emailed numerous times to notify them of the error.  They kept telling me it was going to take 48-72 hours for the changes on our business profile to take place. 

Then finally, they did the unthinkable and posted our HOME/RESIDENTIAL street address online and blasted it to at least 15 other search engines.  After weeks of giving them chances to change the huge errors in our business profile, we grew frustrated and decided to cancel our Yahoo local listing.  We called them and told the agent that we were completely dissatisfied with their listing service and wished to cancel, telling them not to charge our account again.  The agent apologized for the incovenience and said that our account would be cancelled. 

To our dismay, we get an alert from Paypal that Yahoo had once again charged our account for $89.97...  I called to give the Yahoo rep an earful and was outraged that they kept our listing active.  After walking me through the cancellation process online, the rep told me that there was no way to refund the $89.97 they just charged us that day.  Yahoo Localworks is a useless service and a scam.  After speaking to at least 7 different Yahoo phone reps since the first day we signed up, they have done everything OPPOSITE of what we asked them to do.  Buyer beware... Don't use Yahoo Localworks!!
