MARISSA MAYER, President of YAHOO should be replaced. She is incompetent, uncaring, and has manifested an outrgeous behavior and conduct indicating an overwhelming disregard for the disabled.
I have had a YAHOO account for years. Two months ago I logged in from another state and when I got home to Missouri, I got a message when I tried to log in: "We have detected 'unusual activity" and to protect YOUR SECURITY (my emphasis) you MUST change your password. Then it stated that the password must have capitol letters and numbers in addition to letters.
I HAVE DISLEXIA and have had a simple password for years. #1 - NOBODY compromised my E-mail. Only because Iogged in from another state did I get this message. Because of my mental problem, it would take me YEARS to even try another password.
I exhausted all possible "HELP." Finally in DESPERATION I sent a letter to MARISSA MAYER directly to her PENTHOUSE in San Frarncisco and one to her new 22 MillionDollar home on Millionaire's Row. ALL TO NO AVAIL. Then I was put in touch with the YAHOO CONCERIEGE service and they,too, said they couldn't help.
For two month I have not been able to access my YAHOO account and have been cut off from all my friends and relatives and have no other way to contact them and for them to contact me.
MARISSA MAYER is a computer expert and was trained at STANFORD. She knows how to remove the popup, the ONLY way I can access my account, by changing my password to something that I won't be able to remember for my lifetime.
Because I have contact with several large companies,I have now convinced them to cease all business with YAHOO WEB HOSTING which will cost YAHOO and Ms. Mayer, over $20,000 in annual revenue. YAHOO has no other way, according to the CONCIERGE SERVICE other than a change of passsord--which is not even applicable. It is a cheap way to get people to change their password to a compcaaring,intelligent,and compassionate person to replace you as THE yahoo PRESIDENT AND CEO.
You deserve my #1 AWARD AS THE 2014 MOST INCOMPETENT AND UNCARING RESIDENT/CEO in this country. YOU ARE A DISGRACE. IF YOU COULDN'T REStORE My ACCOUNT, YOU CERTINLY KNOW ONE OR MORE EMPLOYEES OF YAHOO WHO CAN so that I can again have contact with my friends and relatives.
STOP DISCRIMINIATING AGAINST THOSE WHO ARE DISASBLED, MS. MAYER
HELP! HELP! HELP. You know who I am, Ms. Mayer from my letters sent directly to both of your residences and you have the telephhone number I provided in each letter and fax since I no longer have access to my YAHOO E-mail account.
JUST SIGN ME: WIDOW.
I DESPERATELY NEED HLP, MS MELISSA MAYER. If you can't help restore my account so that I can continue to use my existing password, then you should RESIGN and get a competent,

WITH A SWIPE OF THE PEN, MARISSA MAYER, THE CEO OF YAHOO, (WITH A COMPUTER BACKGROUND WHO TAUGHT COMPUTER PROGRAMMING AT SANFORD), COULD RESTORE MY PASSWORD TO MY YAHOO ACCOUNT. SHE HAS FAILED TO DO SO AND IGNORED EVERY REQUEST! SHE COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THE DISABLED! THERE WAS NO "PROTECTION" OF MY SECURITY INVOLVED IF YOU READ MY REPORT. SUCH A POP-UP STATEMENT BY YAHOO IS PLAIN B.S.!
WHILE OTHER COMPANIES, IF THERE IS ANY HINT OF ANY SECURITY CONCERNS WITH AN ACCOUNT, PROVIDE SECURITY QUESTIONS FOR THE ACCOUNT HOLDER TO ANSWER, UNDER MAYER'S RULE, THE ONLY RECOURSE THE POOR YAHOO VICTIM HAS IS TO CHANGE ONE'S PASSWORD TO A COMPLICATED COMBINATION OF UPPER AND LOWER CASE LETTERS AND NUMBERS!
FOR A DISABLED PERSON WITH DYSLEXIA LIKE ME WITH A SERIOUS MEMORY PROBLEM, THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE. IT TOOK ME OVER A YEAR JUST TO REMEMBER MY EXISTING PASSWORD!
THE STOCKHOLDERS AND DIRECTORS OF YAHOO SHOULD RUN, NOT WALK, TO REPLACE 39 year old MARISSA MAYER AS THE CEO. OBVIOUSLY SHE IS CONCERNED ONLY WITH DECORATING HER NEW 22 MILLION DOLLAR MANSION ON MILLIONAIRE'S ROW AND HAS NO CONCERN WHATSOEVER FOR THE DISABLED-- LIKE ME!
STOCKHOLDERS AND DIRECTORS OF YAHOO: GET RID OF MARISSA MAYER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! THE CEO OF MOZILLA WAS REPLACED WITHIN TWO WEEKS AFTER HIS HISTORY OF A DONATION TO CALIFORNIA ANTI-GAY RIGHTS LEGISLATION BECAME KNOWN.
FAR MORE EGREGIOUS, NO LESS: MARISSA MAYER SHOULD BE REPLACED IMMEDIATELY AND WITHOUT DELAY BECAUSE OF HER ANTI-DISABLED PERSON'S BEHAVIOR AND VIEWS AND HER "CARE LESS" ATTITUDE!
She has had every opportunity, with the stroke of her pen, to restore my password to my account so that once again, after years of uneventful yahoo e-mail, I can be in touch with friends, family, relatives, and acquaintances. NOW, it has been MONTHS since I have had ANY ACCESS TO MY YAHOO ACCOUNT! BECAUSE OF MY DISABILITY, DYSLEXCIA, I CANNOT CHANGE MY PASSWORD TO A COMPLICATED COMBINATION OF UPPER AND LOWER CASE + NUMBERS!
She has WILLFULLY AND RUTHLESSLY ignored EVERY SINGLE REQUEST! There is no doubt that she is familiar, at least, through the personal letters sent to both of her residences and through her YAHOO Concierge Service of my plight--she has DELIBERATELY, RUTHLESSLY, WILLFULLY, AND MALICIOUSLY chosen to ignore every single requests I have instituted to restore my YAHOO account, whether directly or through RIP-OFF REPORTS!
Despite being a computer programming expert, MAYER has failed to provide ANY ALTERNATIVE--as responsible, concerned, caring, and rational CEO's do, other than to FORCE an account holder, ME, to change his password to a complicated upper and lower case password and numbers. SHE COULD CARE LESS! SHE DOESN'T CARE THAT I HAVE A SERIOUS MEMORY DISABILITY, DYSLEXIA, AND HAVE HAD NO CONTACT WITH FRIENDS, RELATIVES, AND ACQUAINTANES FOR MONTHS SINCE I HAVE HAD NO ACCESS TO MY YAHOO ACCOUNT! HOW SADISTIC!
ADVERTISERS AND THOSE DEALING WITH YAHOO SHOULD IMMEDIATELY CEASE DEALING WITH SUCH A RUTHLESS COMPANY WHICH HAS SUCH AN ANTI-SOCIAL, ANTI-DISABLED PERSON CEO RUNNING IT.
LIKE MOZILLA'S FORMER CEO (WHO RESIGNED WHEN IT BECAME KNOWN HE SUPPORT ED ANTI-GAY CALIFORNIA LEGISLATION), MARISSA MAYER, THE CEO OF YAHOO, SHOULD RESIGN IMMEDIATELY OR BE REPLACED IMMEDIATELY BY RESPONSIBLE STOCKHOLDERS AND/OR THE YAHOO BOARD OF DIRECTORS!
MARISSA MAYER, YAHOO'S 39 YEAR OLD CEO,
IS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE
AS A CEO AND AS A HUMAN BEING!
