I bought a children's tablet and when I got it the first thing that I did was charge it. Afterwards I turned it on and all I could see was a bunch of lines running through it. I contacted the seller and they wanted pictures of it so I took pictures and sent them to the seller. They told me to send it back and I did but now they claim that they have never received it and I sent it on May 21, 2014. I purchased this item from them through ebay. I have been contacting them by email through ebay for weeks and they keep "claiming" that they still have not received the item. All I want is my money back, which I'm sure that I'm not going to get so I just wanted people to know what kind of a seller they truly are.
