 I ordered a half size violin set ,it was to be violin in green finish with case bow and rosin. I ordered it for my grand daughters 8th birthday . It arrived a couple days late. The idem i received was not the violin set but a cheep damaged guitar . the neck heal joint was separating from the body and the neck block lamination was cracked ,it had gross file marks on heal with wood filler left rough and unsanded . the finish had over spray over the entire finish rough as sand papper ,finger boad misaligned to the sound hole and two lower frets so high it would buzz unless capoed at second fret making it uselesss to play .

I contacted the seller about the idem being wrong .they agreed to send me a shipping lable attached to my e-mail and said it would be time sensitive and to shipp idem as soon as i received shipping lable.I have not received the shipping lable ,this has been going on for almost a week now . i have contacted them several times stating i cant ship the return with out the shipping lable email thier response has been they emailed it two times to me and to check my email .

no shipping lable sent to me. It seems odd to me that i get all thier other emails to be patient. And they have sent them two times . but no email with shipping lable attached has come. All i want is to return the damaged guitar that i didnt order and receive. The violin set i did order . how hard should that be. This whole thing is not my fault . I am getting ready to file complaint to bbb as my next course of action . i would recomend others dealing with this company do the same . just getting false promises and being strung along . i used paypal with debit card . yallstore is not some one i will ever do business with again ,buyer be ware!!!!!!!
