I ordered Halloween costumes from this website with a guaranteed ship date of one week before Halloween.

The order didn't come in on the date that it was supposed to. When I called to ask for a refund for the $45 that I spent to ship these, they told me that they do not guarantee any ship dates.

When I explained that this is what was said... on the website , I was called a liar by Nichole, the store manager. She refused to refund our money and was VERY rude. I would never order from this site again!
