Yankee Home Improvement Ger Ronan owner ruined our home with shoddy roofing job..TErrible northampton Massachusetts

We contracted these crooks and poor craftsman to replace our roof..

1. Tried to get another $7,000 out of us by telling us we needed new plywood (decking)..After two of their reps who did the original estimate told our decking was "in excellent condition)..I refused and threatened to call the building inspector and then they decided we were fine ..

2. left our roof opened to the elements for almost two full days causing extreme water damage to our beautiful home including our newly remodeled kitchen. almost $20,000..They are now refusing to honor our claim or reimburse us.

3.Tried to steal copper flashing,ruined part of our siding.damaged our gutters (did replace these at least)..Then replaced it (flashing)with lesser quality material

4.destroyed our new landscaping in our front yard by their unprofessional ways..almost $3,000 damage..refusing our claims

5.broke our clothsline down

6. THe front part of the roof was installed wrong (ice and water was put down vertical instead of horizontal and we demanded they replace.

7. It took them from 12/2 to 12/31 to finish roof with many items left to be fixed..

THEY DID A horrible job..I wouldn't hire them to build a dog house..
