On November 1st, I saw an advertisement on Facebook for a laser cutting tool for $29.99.  I clicked on the link and ordered the product.  I got a text thanking me for my purchase that contained a link where I could view my order, the link did not work.  The next day I received another text telling me my order had shipped, again with the same link that still did not work.  

Today I received a package from China that said "carving tool" in the "Description of Contents" box and $7 in the "U.S. Value" box.  When I opened the package, there was this round, green, rubber thing with nubbies on both side (I think it's a scrubber).  It is not even worth $1.  I am now out $29.99.
