I booked a 6 night condo stay in this persons condo. This property is listed on VRBO.com

Both in text and in email the dates for this stay were listed, they equaled a 6 night stay.

At the last minute I was told that the 6th night would cost extra and that it would be at another property.

I booked 6 nights and at 1 property.

When I asked for a contract i was told that they dont use contracts, which is odd considering they rent several properties and this is their business. However I procedded with the deposit never imagining they would try to scam me this way!

I ended up booking the hotel across the street instead and demanded my deposit back.

There has been no email, no text and no call from these scam artists!

I think they intended to scam me from day one. It will not end here. Im in Atlanta and i will be filing a law suit against these 2 to recover that $200.00.
