I had applied for a loan through this company Yates Financial Services I had found on the internet. I was approved for a loan of 5,000.00. I had to send in a deposit but would receive back in six months as long as the payments were on time. Total I sent was $801.00. Sabrina Lucas stated the loan would be deposited in my account in 24 hours. The next day it was'nt deposited so I called and Sabrina  Lucas stated the needed more of a deposit because of my credit report. I stated no and demanded my money back. She states it takes 20 days and I requested a manager and she stated someone would call me back and never did. I constantly sent email messages and left phone calls but nothing happened.I filed a complaint with the BBB and they did'nt get a response and also with the Attorney General office. They pulled my credit report and this company was'nt on there. I dialed several numbers that they gave 866-302-7513 ext. 67 and 917-281-1060 no responses when messages left. Do not deal with this company. They still have a website but it is all fake. They are scam artists. They changed they're phone numbers. Also they maybe operating out of Canada. BEWARE!!!

I Still Dont Get It????

If you have such bad credit, and I am assuming you do, because you gave them a 800.00 deposit because of your past credit history, why did you need to borrow 5000.00 if you already had 800.00?

This is karma to you for all the creditors you cheated and did not pay back, that caused you to have bad credit to begin with, and forced to borrow money from scammers like them.

Justice has a way of coming back and biting you in the butt!!!!!

SERVES YOU RIGHT!!!!!

Where did u get the 800.00 to give them the deposit?  Did you borrow the money from a relative, or a friend?  My question is, are you now telling the people who loaned you the money to pay for this loan deposit that you wont be able to pay them back until you get your money?????

It seems the real victim here are the people who gave you the 800.00 for the deposit.  Perhaps they should write a rip off report against you!!!!
