I ordered wedding ribbon from this company. Three weeks later, I was still waiting for my order. They have no number to call, I had several unanswered emails. The site had a live (I use that term loosely) chat operator, Josephine. She tried to double talk me, first it was in printing because they made an error, then she changed the story to say it was shipped. She didnt know when but it was lately according to her.
I am going to dispute the charges with my credit card company. I wish I had read the reviews on this company before I ordered. I had no idea a $15.00 spool of ribbon would cause so much grief. And now I don't have it for the shower this week-end. Very Very disappointed.
