Ybarra's Brothers Jewelers Ripoff took the $ on payments I made but never paid it to the loan company Manteca California

Deceptive.My husband bought me a wedding ring at Ybarra's.They finance people with not so good credit.He went into the store to make his monthly payments.At some point they transferred or sold (not sure which) our account to a company called Quality Financial.When they started calling for payments we advised them we were going into Ybarra's to make them.The account was paid off in a lump sum payment of $2000 paid directly to Ybarra's.We have all our receipts yet Quality Financial continues to bill us and this account reflects negatively on his credit. They have threatened to sue us and attach our wages.We are not getting much help from the manager of the jewelry store who says she forwarded all of our payments. Quality says they no longer do business with Ybarra's because our account is not the only one they have had similar problems with Ybarra's Brother Jewelers. DONT BUY ANYTHING ON CREDIT FROM THESE PEOPLE. I WOULDNT EVEN BUY ANYTHING CASH FROM THEM. R I P O F F ! ! ! ! !
