I contacted what was then Qualified Impressions over a year ago. I run a small business and was looking for an affordable SEO company that could get me to the top of the rankings in a white hat, sustainalbe manner. I was planning on sticking with this company rather than using one of the many black hat companies out there that will get you up there, but you come crashing down. 

I did thorough research, checking out who was the best, who get the best reviews and how affordable they were. Little did I know the main review sites take payments to put companies in their rankings, so it was a fix from the word go. 

I gave Year Three (Qualified Impressions) my site to work on, after 6 months I had some quite large changes to make, so they had to pretty much restart their campaign, so that was my fault, lack of knowledge in SEO on my part. 

On their part, the results they achieved for me......not one enquiry through the site. ROI of zero. The rankings were all terrible. I later learned when I eventually cancelled with them and took it to another SEO company that the keywords they had selected for me were terrible, they would take YEARS to rank for, if ever. The number of links they had built for the site was negligible and it's very hard to see what work they did at all. On exiting the contract I requsted a final report so I could track the progress made over the course of the contract, several times I requested this, always being met with a very curt "As I mentioned, I am trying to get this from Lisa but there's an issue with our reporting software.........I will do it as soon as we get it fixed up.  I'm waiting to hear back from the developers of the software.  My hands are tied until then.", No hello, no thank you, no nothing. No manner. 

So for those of you looking around for an SEO company to help build your business, I would 100% warn you to avoid these guys. The fact that I have gone to the trouble of creating an account on this site, and writing this long diatribe, should give you an idea of how I feel about these guys. Being in business is hard enough, without being scammed by people like this.
