 They are crooks. The website says your order is not good if you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hrs. We never got confirmation. 2 weeks passed and I emailed to check status. At this point they wanted me to allow them to process the order which I had cancelled but my card was charged. They tried telling me that they lost 30% of the funds when the charge went through. This was not my fault. Their FAQ section on their website says if your charged for an unsuccessful order you will be refunded within 48 hrs. Months passed after they finally agreed to refund 85% of my money. I never got the refund. Now they tell me their shipping dept made a mistake and accidentally shipped me the order.... Never got it nor at this point did I want it. Almost 5 months later they still have my $200 and are now asking me to consider a 50% refund. Do not buy from these people. They are dishonest and do not keep their word
