This company sent an invoice stating that it had not been paid. Towards the bottom it mentions a late fee that will be added if payment isnt recieved. They use "yellow page" as part of their title. We do work with yellow pages, so my husband (while on the job site) answered this call and gave them partial payment because he thought it was out advertisement company. The woman who called to collect the remainder of the $595.99 got a pretty bad attitude. When asked for her superior, she said that there was nobody above her, she was it. I got on the phone and started asking questions. I asked if there was a paper contract. She then stated that there was a verbal agreement and that he could not cancel as it was a 12 month term. They play off of the yellow pages name to sucker busy busines owners into giving them money.
