My wife and I were looking to buy a house and our credit was not the best so we were directed to him by a broker. We call Joe and we spoke over the phone telling me what he can do. After our conversation I told him that we will need some time to think about it. Within does 2 weeks Joe was eager to get our business calling and texting almost every day. Once we made the decision we gave him my personal information and credit card information and once all was completed 3 weeks passed with out a call I had to call him 3 times with out any reply. That's when we find out that he's a fraud. My credit got worth and down $250.00 and according to him is 100% money guarantee. Nothing have been done on his part.

After some time passed Joe from yellow credit and I have come up with a solution to help us both. He's working on getting his product back on track and I have agreed on continuing paying for his service. Communication is the key.
