A deceptive mail from Yellow Page Online Services, which we thought was Yellow Page, marked "Not a bill",asked us to confirm our business information. In April 2014, we received a mail from Yellow page Online Service, the mail was just a piece of paper marked " Not a bill", asked us to confirm our business information and sign. Since we have been doing advertise on local Yellow Page, so we thought this letter was just Yellow Page verifying our business information, so we signed. A month later, we received a bill of $300+ from Yellow Page Online Services saying they did online advertise for us on Ypedia.com which we never requested. We realized it's a scam. We called Yellow Page Online services customer phone number, asked them if they were same as Yellow Page, answered "No", so we told them, we never meant and requested to do advertise with Ypedia.com, please cancel the Advertise listing on Ypedia.com. The representative said" OK, cancelled". Then couple of month later, we received another mail same as the first one requesting us pay $298.00 plus late fee, total of $327.80, we called and sent email again, telling them, it's a mistake, a scam, we canceled the listing. they ignored us. Recently we received letter from their lawyer to collect the payment, and the lady even threatened us that she would be calling us everyday till she gets money. We are dental office, they keep calling us daily affecting our normal patient care.
