I recieved a billl from this company for $298.00 after filling out a free listing for advertising. My employee calls them regarding the bill and was told that it had to be paid or it will go to collections, they were very rude and ended up hanging up. I then called myself and kindly asked them to remove the listing and I am no longer interested in their services. They began to argue with me stating that they can remove it but they will put it into collections and I will continue to receive a bill until I paid. I was specifically told that the bill will continue to get higher until I paid. The whole point about this, is that it is a scam. They send you a card to fill out that says free all over it, and then send you a bill. They are very rude and adamant about making companies pay for something that they advertise as free. This is false advertisement.

Great Customer Service Experience

I also have received an invoice for lisinting services that I never intended to sign up for in the first place. At the time we had just moved offices and reveived a ton of mailings regarding updating our lisitings so I must have not paid enough attention what I was actually signing up for.
After receiving the invoice I emailed customercare@ypmadeeasy.com with a request to cancel my contract. Not even 3 minutes passed before I got a return phone call from Mr. Jose Carson who resolved the issue within a couple of minutes.
After initially being very irritated when I got the invoice, I have to say that probably the mistake was on my part and the customer service of Ypedia is more than excellent.
