Yellowdale.com Theft, Internet

I borrowed $200 on May 24, 1011, with a pay back of $276.00.  Yellowdale didn't stop deducting payments from my account after the $276.00 had been paid back. They continue to take $76.00 every pay day from my account. As of 7/19/12 they had paid themselves $2,291.00.  They say I have to fill out forms in order to request that payments be stopped and/or request that they accept all monies taken so far as payment in full.   The bank can do a stop payment for the $76.00 but Yellowdale, upon notice of the stop payment, can resend their request to my bank for a different amount, even a dollar more, and the bank will pay it.
