Yellow dale and American Loan two pay advance companies that are fraudulent and scams. I reported them to the BBB, police, Ohio Attorney, Federal Trade Commission. Yellowdale on a $200.00 loan ripped me off $1,440.00 and American Webb for a $400.00 loan ripped me off $1422.00 They werel phone harrassing me and had to take action with the Police and I had to close both my bank accounts.  The problem Yellowdale is out of the country and American Webb is in the states and when you call they want you to leave a message. No Live People answer.  I want my money back.

Info on payday loans

For those who actually get these types of loans, please read over your documents very carefully.  When you are paying the $75 that is only the interest on the account and the interest accrues every time the loan comes up for payment.  The only way to avoid this is to pay the full amount off on the 1st payment date and you will only pay the $75 for interest but it requires you to pay $275, not just the interest payment.  If you pay the interest payment only then the loan will continue to be open and it will not change unless you pay down the principle amount either in part or in full.  You can't really call this a scam because you are informed in the paperwork of the terms.  I have had to use payday loans and I recommend only if you know that you can pay them back in the 1st payment otherwise you will just keep wasting money for the interest.  This applies to loans such as payday or title loans.  The interest rates are outrageous and it principle doesn't reduce unless you put more to it than the interest payment.
