Yellowpages.com - AT&T AT&T Would not respond to any of my numerous emails over a weeks period. They also altered a voice contract as well. Glendale, California

This company would not respond to any of my numerous emails. I had a few questions but they would never answer any of them. They were rude from the beginning. I informed Tino M Allison on the initial call that I just started another campaign from another company. I was not sure if I would be able to do anything currently. But the rep Tino would respond by only saying that he can't hear me. But he could hear me plain and clear when I said to tell me more. This guy was impossible. I reiterated a few times that I was unsure if I could do this campaign. He demanded to do a voice contract. Which I agreed to. The voice contract luckily said that the contract does not start until a payment has been made. But I just found out today that they spliced and took that part out and who knows what else they took out or altered. You can not get out of their contracts. When their voice contracts mentions that the contract is not valid until a payment has been made which it never was and so can not cancel it. As they alter their voice contracts at their will.

I had a few question that I emailed the rep about. But they would not respond. A payment was supposed to be made on Friday tomorrow 8/6/2010. Which would start the contract. I called them to know that I am not interested. As the rep would not respond to any of my numerous emails and that the original rep was very rude by playing I can't hear you games and not responding to any emails that I would write.

He never responded to any of my emails. I then found out from a nice rep that I called. That they altered the voice contract and took out the part saying that the contract would not start until a payment has been made. Beware of thgis company. Please think twice before using them please. As it appears that they have ripped off several companies like ours. We were not the first ones to get ripped off and certainly not the last. They tell you one thing. The do a verbal contract only to alter it and take out parts at will. Who knows if they added things to the voice contract or not. I would be very cautious to this company. Please think twice before using them. As they will probably play similar games with you as well.

This company can not be trusted. It is a shame As I always thought this company would be one that could be trusted. Boy was I wrong. NOW they have me so angry and upset. That I am very against this company and would never use them or have other people use them either. I wouldn't even use them for any of their sevices yes that includes phone service as well. Please do not use this company unless you want to ripped off. They alter your voice contracts with them at will. Companies like this must be stopped.
