They state on their page that you can "add a listing" to their white pages. You will fill out their form and they will take your money. You will find, even weeks later, that even given time and patience, they never actually added your listing. You can use their "contact form". You can send them an email. You will never hear back from them. They really couldn't care less. Customer schmustomer! It seems that they really only pass along listings that they found from data aggregators already floating around elsewhere. They do not actually create any of their listings. This alone wouldn't be fraudulent were it now that they expressly claim that they will "add your listing". They take real money from real people, and this is $9.95, not som e token $1.00 charge. What I can't understand is why anyone would bother stealing people's money this way. Promising a product that costs them money but doesn't actually exist? That, I understand. I don't approve, but at least I understand the profit motive. A listing? A link? How does that cost them $0.02 that it would trouble them so much to just follow through? Are they trying to make some  "top-ten weirdest scams" list?
