After reading these reports it seems I'm not the only customer who feels mislead by managers, an unhelpful customer service and an aggressive commission driven sales staff. This particular Ashley appears to have a lot of negative reports. I've enjoyed other locations, but shopping this location leaves me frustrated. I do enjoy Ashley Furniture's accessaries and have found great pieces here for my homes.

After 2 months my issues were finally resolved. I was notified by the Sales Manager a few months ago that this store would be converting to a corporate store with a new location, so hopefully things will change. It doesn't make a difference to me, I just want to have a pleasant shopping experience. I'm looking forward to the grand opening and all the new accessories.
