I paid my rent in the drop box of my community on December 7th, I placed 2 money orders in the envelope. I got a notice on December 14th saying that i needed to pay a balance of 286 or I will be getting evicted, as soon as I got this I called the office and was told that there was and error and to disreegard the notice, so I did just that. On December 22 my room mate got a text saying if we did not pay the balance we would be evicted so me and my husband wet up to the office at 530 PM. We were told by Laquan that they only recieved one money order and advised me to call western union, and told me that not to worry about getting evicted, this he has happened before and as long as i can prove i am working to obtain the money order that they lost them upper mananagment will work with me. I called Money mutual on December 23 and was told the money order was never processed and  that i need to mail in a report with 30, I called the front office and talked to laura this time and she says there is nothing there can be done and i need to pay the remaining balance immediately. I have the receipt for the money order and have the transaction on my checking account of the exact amount but nothing can be done she says. This happened a few months back and they tried to say that we never paid it but it was the lady that put our money order on the wrong lot, it is christmas time and i can not afford the extra money in which i have already paid and have proof i paid, I have been asking for a few things in my house to be fixed since August 2015 and was told by laura that it wasnt in their budget to fix it, but its not in my budget to pay for their mistakes,  this is a horrible community to live in and have extremely rude managment,  i do  not advise anyone to move in here and i will 100% be moving once my lease is up.
